What happens after I book an info session?We’ll call to confirm your appointment. You’ll meet our team, ask questions, and if it’s a good fit, we’ll invite you to a free trial class.

Am I too unfit to start martial arts?Not at all. Many of our students start with little to no fitness background. Martial arts helps you get in shape—you don’t need to be fit to start.

Will I get hurt?Safety is our top priority. Our structured training ensures a safe and controlled learning environment for all students.

Am I too old to start?Absolutely not. Our oldest student is in their 60s. We welcome all fitness levels and ages.

What should I bring/wear?Just wear athletic training gear (shorts and a t-shirt) and bring a drink bottle.
